Debt Reduction Plan, FAIL

By ConcernedConservative on November 21, 2011

Tonight the Super Committee that was supposed to agree on terms to save $1.2 trillion dollars over 10 years announced that it could not do it.  Surprise Surpise!

Obama discussed this at a press conference shortly after this announcement.  He said that a main reason that they were not able to do this was because the Republicans could not budget on their tax cuts for the wealthy.  That’s weird, Obama blaming something on the Republicans!?

Is this really any surprise though? Our government has become so divided that no one can budget, even when it would benefit the United States.  It is important that citizens take time to understand how they can start contributing on a local level to ensure our government makes the necessary changes.
